BRIEF: Maui County on Your Corner Goes to the Swap Meet

Maui Mayor Alan Arakawa’s next “County on Your Corner” will be held on Saturday, March 24, from 10 a.m. to noon at the Maui Swap Meet located on the University of Hawai`i Maui College campus in Kahului.

“It is important to connect with people face to face,” says Arakawa. “‘County on Your Corner,’ which is scheduled in a different location each month, is a good way for us to interact with the community on the issues that are of most interest to them.”

Joining Arakawa at the event will be Council member Joseph Pontanilla, as well as members of Mayor Arakawa’s cabinet including: Managing Director Keith Regan, Planning Director Will Spence, Mayor’s Chief of Staff Herman Andaya, and Budget Director Sandy Baz.
