The comments left by readers on both articles illustrate much of the arguments against proposed bills that may force non-resident vacation rental owners into hiring a property management firm, among other requirements.

You can visit Hawaii.gov’s Measure Status (login required) to check the status of the proposed bills: HB1706, HB1707, HB2078 and SB2089.
