Hundreds of volunteers joined together over the weekend to support community gardens across the county.
The Community Work Day on Maui joined in the 4th annual “Mormon Helping Hands Day of Service” on Saturday.
The Garden Party themed day of service included work at the Bioponic Farms Greenhouse, which currently supports over 16 gardens island-wide.
The greenhouse has the potential to grow free food starts for all of Maui County’s School Gardens and its volunteers.
