Coach Brian Derby Coming in June for One-Day Clinic

Offensive lineman guru Brian Derby is coming to Maui for a rare and exclusive one-day clinic.

Derby, considered Hawaii’s premier offensive line coach, will be here on Wednesday, June 27, from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., at Kanaiaupuni Stadium on the campus of Kamehameha Schools Maui.

The all-offensive linemen clinic is free and open to players 7th through 12th grade. Derby will teach advance technique and fundamentals focused on the prep player.

Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. or interested players can pre-register by emailing Coach Derby at [email protected] for forms.

Derby’s 2012 Oahu camp, which is an invite-only event, is closed.

Kamehameha Maui senior-to-be Bryson Arakaki, a third-year varsity lineman, is making the Maui clinic a reality as part of his 2013 Senior Project.
