The announcement was made today by Policy Committee Chair Riki Hokama.

Under County ordinance, nine of the 13 committee members must be appointed by the Council, while the remaining four are appointed by the Mayor.

To be eligible to serve on the Lanai CPAC, an applicant must be a resident of the Island of Lanai.  Experience in land use planning is helpful, but not required.
