Hawaii State Senate to Vote on Judicial Nominees

The Hawaii State Senate convenes today to vote on the appointment of Judge Richard W. Pollack to the State Supreme Court and Peter T. Cahill to the Maui Circuit Court.

The special session was preceded by a decision making hearing with the Senate Committee on Judiciary and Labor, which recommended that the Senate consent to both nominees.
