Haleakalā Commercial Services Plan Update

Update meetings are planned to bring the public up to date on the Commercial Services Plan at Haleakalā National Park.

The open-house meetings will include information stations where the public can interact with park staff and ask questions.

A brief PowerPoint presentation will be given about 30 minutes after the beginning of each meeting.

The meetings will be held at the following times and places.

• August 15, 5-7 p.m.: Mayor Hannibal Tavares Community Center multi-purpose room (near the pool), 91 Pukalani St, Pukalani.
• August 16, 5-7 p.m.: Hana Community Center, Building A, Cafeteria room 2, 5101 Uakea Rd, Hana.  Note: Venue changed from Helene Hall.
• August 17, 5-7 p.m.: Kipahulu Visitor Center, Mile Marker 42 Hana Hwy, Kipahulu.
