Call for Exhibitors for 5th Annual Volunteer Expo

Maui County will honor National Make a Difference Day at the 5th Annual Volunteer Expo on Saturday, October 27, 2012 and nonprofit organizations are encouraged to participate.
The Annual Volunteer Expo is hosted by the County of Maui, Department of Housing and Human Concerns, Volunteer Center at the Queeen Kaahumanu Center from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m on October 27.
Created by USA WEEKEND Magazine, it is the nation’s largest day of volunteering. Together with its hundreds of carrier newspapers, long-standing partner Points of Light and the generosity of Newman’s Own, USA WEEKEND rallies millions in a single day to help change the world.
The Volunteer Expo is open and booths are free to vendors who have a nonprofit or government status and also have an active volunteer program at their organizations.
Ukulele virtuoso Derick Sebatian will headline the entertainment. There will also be a live zumba presentation by Keoni Manuel along with door prizes and hands on activities for participants.
