Keōpūolani Skate Park Repairs Result in Temporary Closure

A portion of the Keōpūolani Skate Park in Central Maui will be temporarily closed beginning Thursday, April 18, as crews conduct safety repairs to the facility, officials said.
The County of Maui Department of Parks and Recreation issued an announcement today saying the planned closure will affect the street-course portion of the skate park.

The closure will involve concrete surfacing work and painting of the facility, which is located near the Maui Nui Botanical Gardens and Boys & Girls Club along Kanaloa Avenue.
The closure will last until Tuesday, April 23.
