Maui’s Elleair Golf Course for Sale

The Elleair Golf Course in Kīhei has been placed on the market in a listing for $15 million by CBRE Group, according to the company’s website.

The nearly 178 acre course features a 6,801-yard, par-71 layout, with ocean and mountain views, according to property’s sale listing.

The listing further describes the course as, “just minutes from resorts of Wailea and Mākena,” a market area with a, “population of approximately 28,300 residents while 8,000 lodging units draw in nearly a million annual visitors.”

The listing is the priciest parcel included in the company’s portfolio of properties for sale in Hawaiʻi.

The course is situated at 1345 Piʻilani Highway in Kīhei, mauka of the highway and between Līpoa Parkway and East Welakahao Road.
