According to the DWS announcement, customers will be without water on Hobron Avenue from the power plant to the intersection with East Kaʻahumanu Avenue, and on ʻĀmala Place from the Hobron Avenue intersection to the wastewater treatment plant.

Motorists are advised that Hobron and ʻĀmala will be closed to traffic in the same areas as the water outage.
