The proposed project is located mauka of the Piʻilani Highway near the Kaiwahine intersection.

A&B Properties is seeking a community plan amendment for 94 acres of land and a change of zoning from the current agricultural designation.

The inspection will take place at 2 p.m. on Wednesday Dec. 18, and will be followed by a meeting at Lokelani Intermediate School Cafeteria at 5 p.m.

The site inspection will be located approximately 200 yards mauka of the intersection of Piʻilani Highway and Kaiwahine Street.  Motorists are directed to turn left through the gate and onto the asphalt road, then proceed another 100 yards to the meeting area.

The committee may proceed to a second vantage point located at the terminus of Kaiolohia Street in the parking lot of the Hale Piʻilani Park during the site inspection portion of the meeting.
