***An UPDATE has since been posted.
The ex-boyfriend of a missing pregnant Maui woman was arrested again, this time on suspicion of terroristic threatening.
Maui police say Steven Capobianco was arrested, but had not been charged as of Monday afternoon. He was being held while police continued an investigation.
Capobianco was named as a person of interest in the Charli Scott homicide investigation; however, police did not say if Monday’s arrest was connected to the case.
Capobianco was also arrested on felony theft and burglary charges in May for an alleged home break-in reported at a home on Eono Place last September.
