Halloween Cannery Kids’ Night featuring Kupanaha, Oct. 31

A family friendly Halloween event is planned at the Lahaina Cannery Mall in West Maui from 5 to 8:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 31, 2014.

The event features Halloween magic, trick-or-treating, face painting, crafts and a keiki costume contest.

There will also be a special family magic show presented by the performers at “Kupanaha” beginning at 5 p.m.

A keiki costume contest will follow at 6 p.m., with prizes available in five age groups including kids: 0-2, 3-4, 5-8, 9-12, and a new 16+ division (at 7:30 p.m.).

Trick-or-treating will be available throughout the event at various participating stores in the mall.

Other activities include face painting and photos with Frankenstein by Imaging Plus Hawaiʻi.

The event is free and open to the public.
