Jan. 6 UPDATE: The Department of Water Supply is repairing a second break in the main line on North Kīhei Road in the vicinity of the Maui Electric Power Plant in Mā‘alaea. The department is extending its request for the conservation of water and is asking all residents and businesses in the Mā‘alaea area to conserve water until 7 p.m. today. The department continues to ask that all motorists in the area to drive with caution as roadwork continues.

The Maui County Department of Water Supply is repairing a main line on North Kīhei Road near the Maui Electric Power Plant in Mā‘alaea.

The department asks all residents and businesses in the area to conserve water until 2 p.m. today.

The department is also asking all motorists in that area to drive with caution as roadwork continues.

Call the 24-hour service line at 270-7633 if a water-related problem occurs or if there are any questions.
