Maui County Surf Forecast
North: Ankle to waist high waves are expected today. The best breaks could see heights up to chest high on the sets.
West: Ankle to knee high waves are expected today. Under waist high even at the best breaks.
South: Ankle to knee high waves are expected today. Under waist high even at the best breaks.
Our current swell is expected to continue to fade through Wednesday. Wednesday a small reinforcement is expected, maintaining waist to chest high surf.
A new west-northwest is expected to build late Thursday and peak Friday afternoon with overhead waves.
The current south-southwest swell continues to slowly fade. A fun sized swell is possible the middle of next week.
Keep in mind, surf heights are measured on the face of the wave from trough to crest. Heights vary from beach to beach, and at the same beach, from break to break.
