UPDATE: Missing Kahului Woman Located

***UPDATE: On 03/17/15 at about 6 p.m., Jessica Takemura was located by Detectives. Information received from the public helped investigators locate Takemura.  She was found in good health.

The Maui Police Department released a photo today of a 21-year-old Kahului woman who was last seen on Thursday, March 12, 2015.

Police say Jessica Takemura was reported missing by her mother at 10:22 a.m. on Tuesday, March 17, but was last seen several days ago.

Takemura is described as an adult Japanese female, standing 5-feet 3-inches tall, weighing 150 to 170 pounds, with dark brown hair and brown eyes. She also has noticeable scars on both arms.

Police say all checks made to find Takemura to date have been negative, and her current whereabouts are unknown.
