Hui No‘eau will present the center’s Heart of the Hui: A Student & Faculty Exhibition June 6 through July 31.

The highly anticipated Heart of the Hui exhibition celebrates and honors the importance of art education with a space that encourages learning, creativity and experimentation.

The show will feature class and personal work by the heart and soul of the hui–students, open studio artists and faculty.

The exhibit will include over 150 works in all media–from jewelry and metal works to pieces in ceramics, glassblowing, painting, drawing, photography, printmaking, encaustic and more.

The exhibition is free and open to the public, open daily from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Hui No’eau Visual Arts Center is located at 2841 Baldwin Ave. below Makawao.
