Hank’s Haute Dogs at the Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa will debut the Lobster Dog during the resort’s annual Fourth of July celebration.

The Lobster Dog, the first exotic dog to appear at the Maui beachfront location, features made-from-scratch lobster sausage seared in butter and topped with garlic-relish aioli, lettuce, tomato and pickled takuan radish.

“Hotel guests have been asking for our Lobster Dog, and after it won best food at the Ocean Vodka charity
event in May, we had to bring them onboard!” said Henry “Hank” Adaniya. “Our fans will be so happy!”

The Ka‘anapali Beach location at Black Rock offers resort guests and beachgoers local favorites and award-winning gourmet dogs.
