The center is located on Baldwin Avenue below Makawao. When the Hui No‘eau Wailea Food and Wine Celebration began nine years ago, the concept was to share a small piece of the hui with South Maui patrons, building and expanding community through the arts. The idea has evolved since its 2007 inaugural year through the contributions of Maui’s top restaurants, which invite their chefs to create small plates that are paired with a range of superb wines.

The event will be held in the  Anuhea Room at Hotel Wailea. The evening will feature a silent auction and generous tastes by the island’s top chefs and vintners—a wide selection of wines paired specifically with the chefs’ menus to perfectly complement each dish.

The evening will include wine tastings from MauiWine at ‘Ulupalakua and delectable tastes by Migrant, Cuatro, Ka‘ana Kitchen, Three’s Bar & Grill and more.
