Pukalani Community Meeting to Feature Maui Electric, Civil Defense

The upcoming meeting of the Pukalani Community Association features discussion with representatives from Maui Electric Company and the County of Maui Civil Defense department.
Maui Electric will present an update on solar programs and the County’s Civil Defense agency will offer information on disaster preparedness, with a special emphasis on hazards for the Pukalani area.

The meeting begins at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, August 18 at the Hannibal Tavares Community Center, in the downstairs meeting room.
Refreshments will be served.
Upcountry residents are encouraged to attend.
