Afterglow Yoga to Hold Cancer Foundation Fundraiser Challenge

Beginning on Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2015, Afterglow Yoga, a new yoga studio in Wailuku, will collaborate with the Pacific Cancer Foundation for a 30-day Yoga Challenge for charity. The studio is also hosting a blacklight yoga dance party on Friday, Sept. 4.

During the challenge, participants will take as many classes as they can at Afterglow Yoga during the month of September, and get their friends, family and co-workers to “sponsor” them at $1, $2 or $25 per class. At the end of September, the sponsors’ donations will be given to the Pacific Cancer Foundation.

Participation is free for members of Afterglow Yoga; anyone can become a member for $60 per month.

Participants can also sign up during September for $75, which includes unlimited yoga, barre and dance classes through the end of the month of September.

Afterglow Yoga will provide pledge sheets, calendars to track your progress and goal-setting forms to support you on your journey.
