Willie K to Perform Dinner Show Thursdays in Waikapū Ballroom Waikapū • King Kamehameha Golf Club Willie K and his band will perform in the King Kamehameha Golf Club’s Waikapū Ballroom on Thursday nights.

Friday–Sunday, Aug. 28–30

Amy Hānaiali‘i Gilliom to Star in MAPA’s ‘EVITA’ Kahului • The MACC MAPA LIVE will present EVITA, starring Amy Hānaiali‘i Gilliom, during two weekends—Aug. 28–30 at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center. Hawai’i’s top-selling female vocalist of all time, Gilliom, returns to her roots in musical theatre to perform the title role in this iconic rock musical.

Saturday, Aug. 29

Maui Wedding Expo Scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 29 Waikapū • King Kamehameha Golf Club • 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Maui Wedding Association will present the 20th Annual Maui Wedding Expo on Saturday, Aug. 29, 2015. This unique expo—the only wedding event of its kind on Maui—is being hosted by the King Kamehameha Golf Club from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

KIRK’s Mahina‘ai Night Slated for Saturday, Aug. 29 Waikapū • King Kamehameha Golf Club  • 6 to 8 p.m. The Kahoʻolawe Island Reserve Commission invites the public to Mahina‘ai Night on Saturday, Aug. 29, from 6 to 8 p.m. at its Kīhei boat house property, an eight-acre parcel designated to the KIRC in 2002 as the future site of a Kahoʻolawe learning center.

Upcountry Rotary to Hold Golf Fundraiser for Women Helping Women Pukalani Country Club The Rotary Club of Upcountry Maui and title sponsor Claudia Garcia, principle broker of Maui International Real Estate, will host “Rotary Helping Women,” the club’s second annual golf tournament fundraiser, on Saturday, Sept. 12, at Pukalani Country Club.
