Hospice Maui to Hold Grief Support Group Meetings

Hospice Maui will start a free, weekly bereavement support group in Kihei beginning on Sept. 2.

The H. E.  A.  L., Helping Ease a Loss, group will provide an opportunity for adults to share their experiences and feelings regarding the death of their loved one and to listen to and learn from others.

H. E.  A.  L. will meet at Kīhei Lutheran Church, 220 Moi Place in Kīhei every other week on Wednesdays from 3 to 4:30 p.m.

Meeting dates are Sept. 2, 16, 30, Oct. 14, 28 and Nov. 11.

Meetings are facilitated by Hospice Maui Bereavement Counselor Evelyn Billington, Ph.D.
