Dreisch New General Manager at Wailea Beach Villas

Destination Residences Hawai‘i, the official on-site management company for Wailea Beach Villas announced the hire of David Dreisch as the new general manager for Wailea Beach Villas’ Association of Apartment Owners.

Destination Residences Hawai‘i, the company that appointed Dreisch, is recognized as one of the largest private home vacation-rental companies on Maui.

In his capacity as general manager, Dreisch will be responsible for the resort’s facilities and maintaining high-levels of luxury and service that hotel executives say Wailea Beach Villas is recognized for.

Dreisch brings more than 15 years of experience to Destination Residences Hawai‘i, having served as the resort manager for Vail Cascade Resort where he led the hotel operations division, focusing on guest satisfaction, overall hospitality experience and performance management.

Prior to that, he served as director of operations at Daufuskie Island Resort & Breathe Spa, and was a managing partner for Natural Body Spas in Atlanta.

“David’s background in award-winning luxury resorts is instrumental in continuing Wailea Beach Villas’ reputation as one of the top resorts in the world,” said Ben Beaudoin, vice president and managing director of Destination Residences Hawai‘i in a press release announcement.  “We are confident that his leadership will shape and enhance the experience of our owners and guests for years to come.”

Dreisch holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Florida. He is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Colorado State University.

Wailea Beach Villas is an exclusive beachfront villa resort, offering concierge-level extravagances including options for a private chef, nanny and personal adventure guide. Resort executives say that behind private gates, expansive two- to five-bedroom villas are situated among waterfalls, tiki-lit pathways and tropical gardens.

It is one of seven resorts in the Destination Residences Hawai‘i collection that includes: Wailea Elua Village, Wailea Ekahi Village, Wailea Ekolu Village, Wailea Grand Champions, Polo Beach Club and Mākena Surf. Starting rates are $159 to $3,400 per night.
