West Side Offers Options to Dine Out on Thanksgiving

If you’d like to enjoy a Thanksgiving dinner without having to cook it yourself, here are a few options to consider on the West side on Thursday, Nov. 26, 2015:

Fleetwood’s on Front Street is offering a four-course dinner for $75.  Along with soup, salad and dessert, entree choices include filet mignon, lobster-crusted Mahi Mahi, roasted butternut squash or a turkey plate.  There will be live music on the rooftop, and the doors will be open at Fleetwood’s in Lahaina from 3 to 8 p.m.  Call (808) 669-6425 or click here to reserve a spot.

The Westin Kā‘anapali Ocean Resort Villas has two options available, a four-course dinner running from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Pūlehu, An Italian Grill for $75.  The menu features Kobocha squash soup with arugula salad, turkey braciola and pumpkin crunch.  Meanwhile, Ocean Pool Bar & Grill will have a Thanksgiving buffet set up for $59 per adult and $29 per child (ages 4-12).  Food is complimentary for kids ages 3 and younger.  The spread includes herb-roasted turkey, a carvery bar featuring local roasted whole pig, Maui coffee-roasted prime rib, seafood bar, salads and desserts.  It will be open from 2 to 8 p.m.  For reservations, call (808) 667-3254 or visit here.

Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa in Kā‘anapali is offering a Thanksgiving Harvest Buffet menu at Black Rock Kitchen, with seatings from 4 to 8 p.m. Priced at $58 for adults and $28 for children ages 6-12, the menu features options including traditional oven roasted turkey and all the fixings, prime rib, seafood, specialty salads and delicious desserts.  Reservations, which are required, can be made by calling (808) 921-4600.

There’s a grab-and-go option at Leoda’s Kitchen and Pie Shop in Olowalu.  For the first time ever, you can order a per-person Thanksgiving dinner plate for $16.95 in advance and pick it up by closing time, which is 4 p.m. on Nov. 26.  The entree includes roasted turkey breast, turkey stuffing with local vegetables, buttery mashed potatoes, local green beans, fresh cranberry sauce and a slice of pumpkin pie.  If you want to try it out first, the meal is offered as a special every Thursday at Leoda’s.  Various 9″ pies are available to order in advance as well.  Call (808) 662-3600 to get your order in, or learn more in our video and write-up here.

If you’d rather give than receive on Thanksgiving Day, Hard Rock Cafe Maui in Lahaina is looking for volunteers to help distribute free Thanksgiving lunch to the homeless, hungry, or those who have fallen on tough times this year.  The 25th Annual Thanksgiving Lunch for the Homeless and Hungry will run from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.  To help out, read more in our article here.
