Rep. Gabbard Makes Congressional Visit to Maui Today
Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard is on Maui today for a congressional visit with students, farmers, businesses and healthcare professionals.
While on Maui, Rep. Gabbard will conduct constituent meetings, share congressional updates and deliver remarks.
She is scheduled to visit the Pacific Media Group studios in Kahului, tour the Maui Arts & Cultural Center; speak with students at Baldwin High School, and receive an update on partnership negotiations between Kaiser Permanente and the Maui Region hospitals of the Hawaiʻi Health Systems Corporation.
Rep. Gabbard is also scheduled to meet with the Blue Jay Wireless company, that provides cell phones to disadvantaged and disabled lower-income residents. The company will be holding an enrollment event today in Wailuku.
While on Maui, she will also deliver the keynote address at the Hawaiʻi Farmers Union United Annual Convention this evening.
