Learn About Hawai‘i Health Connector in Lahaina
The public is invited to learn about the Hawai‘i Health Connector’s 2016 open enrollment period at the Lahaina Public Library starting Saturday, Nov. 21 and on specified days through Jan. 30, 2016.
The Hawai‘i Health Connector is a private, nonprofit organization committed to helping Hawai‘i’s people live happier, healthier lives by making sure that health insurance is not only easier to purchase, but also easier to understand.
Hawai‘i Health Connector Representative Deborah-Ann Chin will be available to provide information, forms and answer questions about the program every other week as follows:
- Saturday, Nov. 21: 1 to 4 p.m.
- Tuesday, Dec. 1: 3 to 7 p.m.
- Saturday, Dec. 5: 1 to 4 p.m.
- Dec. 15, Tuesday: 3 to 7 p.m.
- Saturday, Dec. 19: 1 to 4 p.m.
- Tuesday, Dec. 29: 3 to 7 p.m.
- Tuesday, Jan. 12, 2016: 3 to 7 p.m.
- Saturday, Jan. 16, 2016: 1 to 4 p.m.
- Tuesday, Jan. 26, 2016: 3 to 7 p.m.
- Saturday, Jan. 30, 2016: 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
