Maui Hospitality Degrees Topic of Presentation, Dec. 17
Bachelor’s degrees and certificates in the hospitality and tourism sectors will be discussed at a presentation hosted by the University of Hawaiʻi Center at the UH Maui College Campus on Thursday, Dec. 17, 2015.
The session will cover requirements for a variety of degree programs as well as the application process.
University representatives say the focus is on preparing students of all levels, from recent high school graduates to adults returning to school.
The session will include an opportunity to ask questions about UH distance programs in an informal face-to-face environment.
Degree programs currently available include:
- Master’s degrees in Business, Education, Information and Library Science, Nursing, and Social Work;
- Post-baccalaureate teaching certificates in Secondary or Special Education; and
- Bachelor’s degrees in Social Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Accounting, Justice Administration, or Interdisciplinary Studies, among others.
The presentation will begin at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 17, in the Laulima Building Room 108 on the UH Maui College campus.
