First Quarter Hawaiʻi Annual Business Reports Due
The state Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs’ Business Registration Division issued a reminder to businesses today to file their annual business reports.
Annual reports due in quarter one (January to March) will be available online Jan. 4, 2016, at and must be filed with BREG by midnight HST on March 31, 2016. Accepted forms of payment online include credit card, eCheck, or through an eHawaii.gov subscriber account.
Hawaiʻi annual reports can be filed at any time during the quarter in which the annual filing is due. The annual report filing period is related to the business entity’s registration date. The quarters are as follows: First quarter is January to March; Second quarter is April to June; Third quarter is July to September; and Fourth quarter is October to December.
If your Hawaiʻi annual report was due in a previous quarter, you can submit your filing online with a $10 late fee. Any filing more than a year overdue can be filed by mail, email, fax, or walk-in with a late fee of $10 per year. Filings can be mailed to: P.O.
