Where better to enjoy a romantic escape this February than on a 90,000-acre secluded Hawaiian island? The newly re-imagined Four Seasons Resort Lānaʻi just reopened Feb. 1, offering lovebirds a sophisticated yet relaxed escape to reconnect.

Celebrate love all month long with a series of engaging activities custom-made for couples, perfectly paired with a complimentary fourth night with the Stay Longer – Fourth Night Free experience.

Valentine’s Blind Tasting Menu – Let the resort’s chefs from ONE FORTY start with fresh, local ingredients, and then add love, flair and technique to create five courses, showcasing foods made for amour – from known aphrodisiacs such as lobster, oysters and caviar to naturally red foods.

Each course will be paired with prestigious Champagnes including Dom Pérignon, Veuve Clicquot, Krug, Ruinart and Louis Roederer Cristal – a perfect pairing, as Champagne marries well with a vast array of flavours and is known to carry aromatic compounds in each bubble, contributing to the overall sensory experience. Mixology Moments – Experience a one-of-a-kind intimate mixology class and tasting with Puʻu Pehe (Sweetheart Rock) as the backdrop. Let the head mixologist at Four Seasons Resort Lānaʻi prepare a variety of Valentine’s Day-themed cocktails while talking about the inspiration behind the drinks in one of the new sanctuaries located at the oasis pool. This will happen Friday, Feb. 12 at sunset, with additional “mixology mixers” every evening at 6:00 p.m. in the Lobby Bar.

Sweet Treat Tasting – When talking about perfect pairs, wine and chocolate cannot be missed. Enjoy a decadent evening event, where a chocolate specialist will discuss the delicate flavours of different local chocolates paired with luscious wines, all while a guitarist serenades throughout the evening. The tasting is set for Friday, Feb. 19 between 8 and 10 p.m.

This dining experience begins as guests are escorted to a secluded oceanfront location, complete with dazzling sunset views overlooking Hulopoʻe Bay, deemed one of the most beautiful beaches in Hawaii. Watch the evening stars over dessert and coffee – there’s no rush, the table is booked for the evening. The Dining Under the Stars experience begins at $995 per couple, which includes gratuities but not taxes.
