Destination Residences Hawaii welcomes Christine “Christy” Laird to its senior leadership team.

Destination Residences Hawaii, part of Destination Hotels, has appointed Laird to the newly created position of owner relations manager. Laird will elevate the level of service and communication; acting as the liaison with property operations to ensure quality asset management, maximize rentals and achieve financial business goals. She will also be responsible for business development, prospecting new homeowners for Destination Residences Hawaii to manage their vacation home rentals.

“Christy developed the resort rating system at the Vail Valley Chamber & Tourism Bureau that is widely used in vacation rental management today.” said Ben Beaudoin, vice president and managing director. “Additionally, her superior communication skills, knowledge and experience in luxury resorts, facilities improvement, technology systems and interior design will allow us to enhance our homeowner services.”

Laird was most recently the homeowner experience manager at Honua Kai in Kā‘anapali and previously held positions as the homeowner relations manager for Vail Resorts at Keystone Resort in Colorado and quality assurance programs manager for the Vail Valley Chamber & Tourism Bureau.

Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Laird graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor of fine arts degree with an interior design focus.
