The Hawaii Symphony Orchestra will perform at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center’s Castle Theater on Friday, March 11, 2016, beginning at 7:30 p.m.

The orchestra returns to The MACC with a Spanish-themed program featuring Pianist Joyce Yang and Conductor Joel Revzen.

Blessed with “poetic and sensitive pianism” (Washington Post) and a “wondrous sense of color” (San Francisco Classical Voice), Yang captivates audiences across the globe with her virtuosity, lyricism and magnetic stage presence.

Maestro Revzen leads this program featuring Manuel de Falla’s Nights in the Gardens of Spain (featuring Yang), Strauss’s dazzling Don Juan and selections from Bizet’s Carmen.

Tickets are $32, $42, $62 and  $82 (Gold Circle). Half-price tickets are available in all categories for kids 12 and under and UHMC students with valid ID (plus applicable fees).
