Mākena Beach & Golf Resort is serving up a special menu full of traditional Irish-American offerings to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day on Thursday, March 17.
The resort’s Molokini Bar & Grille will feature these à la carte menu items:

Creamy Potato Leek soup with Yukon Golden Potatoes, Spring Leeks & Applewood Smoked Bacon
Spring Pea & Mixed Nut Salad on Kumu Farm’s Medley of Mixed Meadow Greens with Lemon Mint Aioli Dressing

Murphy’s Corn Beef and Cabbage
Traditionally braised with Baby Carrots & Red Potatoes
Irish Spring Lamb Stew
Slow-Braised Young Lamb Leg with Rosemary and Vegetables
