Maui County Mayor Alan Arakawa will speak at the Rotary Club of Upcountry Maui meeting on Friday, March 18, 2016.
The club meets at 8 a.m. at Casanova Italian Restaurant & Deli in Makawao, 1188 Makawao Ave.
An $18 fee includes breakfast.
