Aloha Realty Group and KW Island Living—a Keller Williams Realty Franchise—will merge.

Lee and Barbara Potts, owners of Aloha Realty Group; Colette Ching, operating principal at of KW Island Living; and Lisa Teichner, principal broker and Team Leader of KW Island Living, have reached terms for a merger of the two companies.

ARG was founded in Lahaina in 2009 during one of the worst real estate cycles in history. From 2009 through 2015, the company grew in size and numbers. In 2015 ARG grew over 50% over 2014 in both number of transactions and sales volume with agents in Lahaina, Kīhei, Ha‘ikū, Wailuku and Kahului.
