Special Father’s Day Brunch at KBH

Make Dad feel like a King this Father’s Day, June 19, with a special Sunday Champagne Brunch at Kā‘anapali Beach Hotel.

The brunch will be available between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. and features a cold seafood bar, carving station, local favorites, salads and a keiki station. The brunch will also feature live music by Asian Blend.

Dubbed “Hawai’i’s most Hawaiian Hotel,” the brunch will include local favorites like Ahi shoyu, kim chee tako and okie dokie poke, pork lau lau, fried won tons, mini egg rolls, avocado tuna poke and a spicy tuna, furikake and tobiko salad.

Diners can enjoy the range of salad items which will include a California crab and avocado salad, a five bean salad, kiawe smoked salmon and a smoked broccoli and cranberry salad.

Guests can head over to the cold seafood bar and enjoy oysters on the half shell, cold crab legs and mussels on the half shell.

The carving station will feature a kiawe slow-roasted prime rib, char siu glaze tender pork, omelets made-to-order and a macadamia, honey mustard and rosemary glaze leg of lamb.

Save room for the entrees, which include sautéed local island fish, shrimp and pasta scampi, seafood jambalaya, kalbi ribs, kalua pork and cabbage, Korean style chicken, Portuguese bean soup, BBQ beef brisket, sautéed clams in a garlic, wine broth and Chinese roast pork and bitter melon.

The brunch will also feature a special keiki station, specialty desserts and more. It’s priced at $46.95 for adults and $25 for children ages 12 and under. Children five and younger eat free with a paying adult.
