The Spa at “Black Rock” celebrates summer with a Summer Escape cooling body treatment and hydrating facial mask.

“Whether you are visiting Maui or are a resident, replenishing your skin’s moisture is essential after spending time at the beach,” said spa manager Tracy McIntyre.  “Our summer escape treatment is designed to cool and hydrate sun-kissed skin.”

After a soak in a cool tub, an application of lavender and tea tree infused Aloe Vera gel is applied. Guests then experience a gentle overlay of fresh Ti leaves which “pull heat and inflammation away from the body while cooling the skin.”

Next, an ʻŌma’oma’o (green) facial nourishes and replenishes moisture with a tall drink of organic and antioxidant rich green products. A hand, foot or neck massage is included.

Cost is 100 minutes – $250 (regularly $280).
