Elite Pacific Properties, a luxury brokerage and vacation rental firm with offices on Oʻahu, Maui, Kauaʻi, and the Big Island, has opened its seventh office in Hawaiʻi.
The new office is located in Wailea, and marks the second office location on Maui for the firm, which now has over 190 real estate agents working island wide for the company.
Riette Jenkins, a Broker-Realtor on Maui since 1988 and a Partner with Elite Pacific, is in charge of the new Maui office. She said, “Maui has consistently been voted as the top island in the world and Wailea is perhaps the most pristine area in all of Maui. We have some of the most magnificent homes, spectacular golf courses and wonderful selection of shops and restaurants on the island and we felt it was essential to Elite’s growth as a luxury brand to have a central office in Wailea for our agents and clients to meet.”
“This is a very significant addition for us” added Paul Mayer, Managing Partner of Elite Pacific Properties. “We have very strong well-established real estate brokers in West Maui and knew we needed a second location in South Maui. Agents working out of the Wailea office specialize in high-end properties throughout Wailea, Mākena, North Shore and Upcountry Maui so we also needed space to accommodate our continued planned growth throughout these areas.”
The official opening of the new office was held on Tuesday with a traditional Hawaiian blessing conducted by Kahu Alika of Keawalai’s Congregational Church of Mākena.
The new Wailea office is located at the Wailea Gateway Center, 34 Wailea Gateway Place, Suite A-204.
