“Bee Mine” Valentine’s Dinner at Black Rock Kitchen

The Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa will host a special Valentine’s Day dinner at the resort’s signature restaurant, Black Rock Kitchen.

The restaurant will have a special “Bee Mine” prix-fixe menu on Tuesday, Feb. 14, with every course featuring local honey from Fresh Island Herbs in Makawao.

The meal will start with the “burning love” ahi tartare with roasted garlic and charred habanero aioli, Moloka‘i sweet potato chips and citrus honey gaufrette. Next, diners will enjoy the “labor of lamb” chops with passion honey glaze, coconut sweet potato puree and herb macadamia crust. Finish on a sweet note with “that’s amore” white chocolate limoncello torte. The menu also includes one glass of 2014 Nielson by Byron Pinot Noir per person.

The “Bee Mine” prix-fixe menu is priced at $75 per person, not including tax and gratuity.
