Aloha Mayor,

Q: I would like to know if there are any plans to repave sections of Lower Honoapi‘ilani Road. The Napili portion is absolutely awful, and this road is used by large numbers of tourist and locals alike. Something needs to be done.

A: Yes, a resurfacing project has been bid to resurface Lower Honoapi‘ilani Road between Hale Makai Place and Napilihau Street.
