At Home Animal Hospital decided to strengthen their support for Maui’s pet adoption program and MHS by becoming a Top Dog sponsor in their Animal Aloha Program.

As a Top Dog sponsor, AHAH will provide a free first medical exam to any pets adopted from the MHS within 30 days of their adoption.

Furthermore, AHAH will join efforts with MHS in promoting awareness of the benefits of adopting a pet,  through a social media campaign in Maui through 2017.

Each year, 2.7 million adoptable dogs and cats are euthanized in the United States, because too many pets come into shelters and not enough people consider adoption when looking for a pet.

For information on adopting a pet in Maui people can visit here or call (808) 873-0102 to receive a free comprehensive medical exam for adopted pets.
