Ten-time Grammy winner Bonnie Raitt will visit Maui on her Dig in Deep tour for a concert at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center’s A&B Amphitheater & Yokouchi Pavilion this Friday, March 24. Show time is 7 p.m. with gates at 5 p.m. Special guests The California Honeydrops will open the evening.

2016 has been a tremendous year for the Grammy winner following the release of her twentieth album Dig In Deep (Redwing Records) and over 75 tour dates worldwide. Bonnie Raitt has recently announced that the Dig In Deep tour will continue into 2017.

As part of her extended 2017 World Tour in support of Dig In Deep, the Maui show at the MACC on March 24 is scheduled before she performs in Wellington & Auckland, New Zealand and Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, and Brisbane in Australia, including a stop at Bluesfest Byron Bay.

Raitt will be joined by her longtime touring band: Maui resident James “Hutch” Hutchinson (bass), Ricky Fataar (drums), and George Marinelli (guitar), along with Mike Finnigan (keyboards).

Dig In Deep has sold over 150,000 units worldwide, debuting in the top #10 Billboard Album Sales, Blues Album, Americana/Folk Album, Digital Album Sales, Internet Album and Independent Album charts and was still on the top #200 Sales Chart 26 weeks after release. The album charted at #35 on the UK Top 40 Album chart, #1 UK Americana Album Chart and #7 UK Independent Album Chart with the UK and Germany both reporting Dig In Deep as Bonnie’s best-selling album since 1994’s Longing In Their Hearts.

Raitt recently performed her hit single “Gypsy In Me” at the 15th Annual Americana Music Association Awards & Honors in Nashville in September. A highlights program featuring an all-star lineup is set to air on PBS Saturday, Nov. 19.

Raitt was also recently inducted into the Austin City Limits Hall of Fame alongside Kris Kristofferson and B.B. King, and performed several songs with Taj Mahal, Mavis Staples, Willie Nelson, and Gary Clark Jr. at Austin’s ACL Live at The Moody Theatre. The induction ceremony is scheduled for broadcast on PBS this New Year’s Eve.

Ticket prices are $49, $69, $89 with a limited number of $129 seats (plus applicable fees).

At the artist’s request and to avoid ticket scalping, seats sold in the first ten rows for this concert will be held at the box office for pick-up only on the day of the concert.
