Each month, the Realtors Association of Maui release their monthly data regarding house prices throughout Maui.
The greatest number of residential homes sold in February was in Central Maui where 23 homes sold for a median price of $570,000, followed by Kīhei where 13 homes sold for a median of $765,000, according to RAM data.
Taking RAM’s monthly and yearly data into account, below are a few of the newest properties listed on MLS for the week that are priced around RAM’s median residential home sales.
