Kamalani is a new planned residential community in Kīhei, Maui. The community is envisioned to encompass approximately 600 homes in three neighborhoods connected with parks; pedestrian and bike paths for jogging, walking and cycling; and a private community center. A number of 2- and 3-bedroom condominium flats and townhomes in Kamalani’s first neighborhood are currently available for purchase, and feature private gated yards, gas appliances and high-speed fiber optic cable.

Prospective Maui homebuyers can get an early preview of residences under construction at the new Kamalani community’s Open House, now being offered weekly at the Kamalani project site in Kīhei.

Kamalani is introducing on-site Open House every Sunday, weather permitting, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the community’s project site near the intersection of Piʻilani Highway and Kaiwahine Street.

Interested homebuyers will be able to learn more about the up-and-coming community from the Kamalani sales team, receive information about available residential units, and walk a portion of the project site where the first new buildings are presently under construction.

Vertical construction of Kamalani’s new condominium homes began earlier this year and the first homes are scheduled for completion by fall. Each home will include a private fenced yard; a full complement of major appliances; high-speed, broadband internet access; energy-saving features including gas energy; and steel frame construction.
