The skating community and the general public is invited to view the proposed concept improvements to the Kalama Skate Park on Wednesday, May 24, 2017. The meeting will start at 6 p.m. at the Kīhei Community Center, located at 303 East Līpoa Street.

The skate park improvement concepts were developed from input gathered from skaters at the initial meeting, held last month at the Kīhei Community Center.

Based upon public input, a presentation has been put together by Gholkar and Associates, Inc., the prime consulting engineer for this project, along with help from California Skateparks of Upland, California, a project sub-consultant.
