Fathergill, the founder of YogaZo in Albuquerque, NM, and a Level 1 Ashtanga teacher, will host two classes that are appropriate for all fitness levels and will include fun transitions, core work and a relaxation savasana to round out the class.

Each class is $15 and requires a pre-purchased ticket. The classes are as follows:

  • Sunset Yoga on Thursday, June 8, from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at Sugar Beach Events in Kīhei
  • Sunrise Yoga on Sunday, June 11, from 9-10 a.m. at Four Seasons Maui in Wailea

Fathergill travels extensively and is trying to teach a yoga class in every city that she visits with the goal of leaving the places that she travels to a little better, one yoga class at a time.

She donates 100% of the proceeds to a local cause and she says she is thrilled to be helping the Maui Humane Society during her time on Maui. Her business YogaZa is named after her pup Zoey who passed away in May 2015. Ashley says Zoey was her constant companion, even during outside yoga classes, and she was and still is her favorite downward dog.
