19 Graduate from MEO Core Four Business Program

Maui Economic Opportunity’s Business Development Center recently completed three Core Four Business Planning Classes on Maui, Molokaʻi and Lānaʻi with 19 students receiving certificates of achievement.

The Business Development Center is now starting enrollment for its next 36-hour Entrepreneur course on how and why to write a business plan while providing the information you need to know to start, operate and grow a successful business.

Those interested in learning more about the entrepreneurial training course can call Maui Economic Opportunity, Inc. at (808) 249-2990. The next Core Four course will be held evenings. One hour introductory classes will be held at MEO’s Family Center on Tuesday, June 27 from 6 to 7 p.m., and at the Maui County Business Resource Center at the Maui Mall on Wednesday, June 28 from noon to 1 p.m.

The six-week series begins on Tuesday, July 5, 2017 and continues from 6 to 9 p.m. two nights a week through Aug. 10, 2017. All sessions will be held at MEO’s Family Center at 99 Mahalani Street in Wailuku.

Registration is required for the six-week series and can be done at the introductory classes or any weekday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at MEO’s Family Center.

Funding from the County of Maui Mayor’s Office of Economic Development helps to make the Core Four Business Planning Classes possible.
