Kīhei staff members will be temporarily transferred to the Kahului Service Center at the Maui Mall.

All other service centers, including Kahului, Lahaina and Pukalani, will be remain open for normal business hours.

Officials say the closure will allow for the construction of more service counters at the Kīhei office as well as improvement of office infrastructure. The improvements will also enable Kīhei staff to increase service capacity for the community.
