Two information sessions will be held Monday, July 17, on Maui and Lāna‘i that will provide individuals and organizations with details on the Hawai‘i Tourism Authority grant application and award process for three programs it administers.

The workshops will focus on HTA’s 2018 grant programs: Kūkulu Ola, Aloha ‘Āina and the Community Enrichment Program.

The three programs support community-based projects that enhance resident and visitor experiences, as well as create opportunities for economic development, natural resource preservation and perpetuation of the Hawaiian culture.

The free workshop will be held on Maui from 10 a.m. to noon on Monday at the Maui Arts and Cultural Center, Alexa Higashi Room, 1 Cameron Way in Kahului; and on Lāna‘i from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Lāna‘i Cultural and Heritage Center, 730 Lāna‘i Avenue, #126.
